I was reading tons of books till I got constant internets access. I was doing the reading challenge thread on urban and since I got this comp I've not read a single one.

I could get through a couple a week because I just had no other stimulus - no tv, no internet. I got through about 12 books in the first couple of months. Some people have ridiculous amounts that would mean they read a book a day, every day kinda thing.

when i was in england with no internet and no job i read about 4 books a week

it's free! and with a lot of fiction you don't have to think, it's like watching neighbours or something

It's ace, I agree. I've always been a reader and the library used to be like my second home. A good book can be more entertaining than a film or that. I was getting through a lot of Douglas Coupland and Terry Pratchett recently.

I had a lot of spare time usually. Busy with college work the now though so it's easier to spend spare time online.
