Bob was banned from our forum due to some personal shite that isn’t important, and he was allowed back on if he made a bobcast, so lets hope that this is the first of many. I’m listening to it right now and it is suitably off key. Songs Bob likes, mixed with some wierd sounds he made by accident trying to work out how to make a show

Cos I haven’t done a one for a while, here is a live mix of Jungle what I did in Ableton yesterday. It’s not great cos I’m still learning how to use the beatmatching and 3 way mixing. But it’s a nice 50 minute work out, mostly mellow ragga jungle bizzness. Nowt special tho
Both of these guys are amazing producers, and I’m not just saying that….I don’t think I’ve heard a track by either of them that I didn’t like. Both of them are making incredible music although in totally different directions, and having followed both of them for a couple of years now on Illphabetik it’s really interesting to see the directions that they are taking.
I haven’t listened to them yet, they are downloading now, but I am 99% sure that they will be worth checking out, specially since they are free
Some of the best flash games I’ve played for a while. Weird sort of animated logic puzzles, but the reason they are good is because they are so mellow to look at. Quite annoying tho, because it makes getting a fairly simple sequence very difficult……
Probably really easy for brainy types, but I’ve been stuck on the GrowCube for hours when I’m meant to be packing

First off to say sorry for the slackness with the blog and with Hideous Radio (if anybody listens……). The difficulties with the forum have taken the wind out of everybody’s sails a bit, so although it doesn’t take much to write a post, or make a quick radio show, or even find a cool mix which people want to share….it sometimes doesn’t happen
Anyways….Hideous Radio XXV
For this one I was sick of playing Breakcore and Jungle, so I decided to go and find a load of moody hiphop and dubstep from the internet which I could download for free. As an aside, I discovered the excellent Virb doing this, which is full of talented artists, and much easier to negotiate than Soundclick although it isn’t as big so less diamonds and less rough…..
The artists here are from all over the shop, I never knew that Japan was coming up with so much sick dubstep, but I suppose it is perfect music for riding the subway in Tokyo at 4am or something…..
enough waffle from me, thanks to all of the artists who I used, hope you enjoy the show. And if there is anyone who listens and doesn’t comment, or finds this randomly, or I play your track etc please leave a comment, cos all we ever get are Viagra adverts
